   It’s a little darker than pictured. Comes up with a different smell before smelling ginger. As an aside, I wonder if you could source from Australia?

     Thanks for your feedback Dan. Unfortunately there is no commercial crop of dried ground ginger available in Australia, pretty much everything we produce is used fresh for various applications. As far as colour goes it is slightly variable which is completely normal, and just keep in mind that every computer screen produces images in slightly different hues as well.
