   Recently cooked lamb with this, use leg of lamb cut into 5 cm pieces, add 1 potato, 2 carrots, 1 onion, ts garlic, ts ginger, tbs tomato paste, pepper. Cook for hour, check for taste then add half cup peas and some coriander, enjoy
